After moving to Texas from Las Vegas 18 years ago, Adam, originally from sunny Southern California,
set out to bring a taste of home to his community. Growing up near the beach in California,
he had his fair share of unforgettable burritos from local shops.
When he couldn’t find anything like those in Texas, he knew it was time for a change.
Adam is a builder with a knack for creativity and a love for renovating historic homes—he’s already restored three in downtown Farmersville.
Now, he’s turned his talents to crafting a California-style burrito shop, blending his passion for building with his love of great food. If no one else was going to do it, Adam figured, why not do it himself?
With this fun new project, Adam invites everyone to come experience a taste of California in Texas.
Stop by and see what all the delicious fuss is about!
Meet Adam:
The Burro-ito Builder
Burro-itos?
Did you know the word "burrito" translates to "little donkey" in Spanish?
We had some fun with this and decided to combine the words into BURRO-ITOS. So, how do you say it? It's BURRO like BUR-ROW and ITOS like EE-TOES.
It also just so happens that our daughter's donkey makes the perfect little mascot! His official name is Churro, but we lovingly call him Dodge. Churro the Burro—adorable, right?
